Partner Says Philly Workers' Comp Firm Shut Him Out

Law360, Philadelphia (March 4, 2013, 4:01 PM EST) -- A partner in Philadelphia workers' compensation firm Martin Banks LLC sued his five partners in state court Friday, alleging they have been shutting him out from the firm's operations.

Halmon Banks contends the firm has been steering cases away from him and limiting his ability to practice. He seeks a preliminary injunction preventing the partners from continuing to interfere with his practice and a special order allowing forensic experts to begin discovery on the firm’s computer systems.
