Pittsburgh Fire Officials Settle OT Class Action

Law360, Philadelphia (March 4, 2013, 5:31 PM EST) -- The city of Pittsburgh has reached a settlement with a group of firefighters who filed a putative class action in August alleging they were not properly compensated for overtime, according to documents filed Monday in Pennsylvania federal court.
