Law360, New York (March 4, 2013, 7:28 PM EST) -- The Obama administration Friday urged the Seventh Circuit to force a construction firm’s owners to comply with a mandate that most large employers include contraception coverage in their health insurance plans, contending that religious liberties aren’t affected by the high-profile element of the Affordable Care Act.
