Abu Dhabi Can't Void $7.5B Citigroup Investment, Judge Rules

Law360, New York (March 5, 2013, 2:59 PM EST) -- A New York federal judge on Monday confirmed an arbitration panel's decision and refused to void a $7.5 billion investment agreement between the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority and Citigroup Inc., saying ADIA had received a fair hearing in the dispute.
