Panasonic Solar Partnership To Pump Out 50 MW In Calif.

Law360, Los Angeles (March 5, 2013, 5:28 PM EST) -- A Panasonic North America unit and Pristine Sun LLC have formed a strategic partnership, in the first phase of a solar farm portfolio build-out that will create 50 megawatts of solar power in California, enough to power 50,000 homes, Panasonic announced Tuesday.

Panasonic Eco Solutions Energy Management North America and renewable energy company Pristine Sun will install 50 MW of photovoltaics in California over the next 24 months, to be connected to the grid and sold to Pacific Gas & Electric Co., the companies said.
