Coast Guard Accused Of Covering Up Oil Spill

Law360, New York (March 6, 2013, 1:40 PM EST) -- The U.S. Coast Guard was hit with a suit by several environmental groups in Washington federal court Tuesday accusing it of unlawfully failing to hand over information on an allegedly ongoing Taylor Energy Co. LLC oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico.
