Katten Hit With Malpractice Suit Over Failed Patent Bid

Law360, Los Angeles (March 5, 2013, 10:40 PM EST) -- Tax software developer PTP Oneclick LLC and others accused Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP in Illinois state court of legal malpractice on Tuesday, claiming the firm botched a patent search that preceded a failed application for a patent on their tax software.
