Fed. Circ. Nixes Misconduct Ruling In Pet Collar Patent Row

Law360, New York (March 6, 2013, 6:36 PM EST) -- The Federal Circuit on Wednesday reversed part of a ruling that found Radio Systems Corp.'s electronic pet collars don't infringe rival Bumper Boy Inc.'s patents, finding that the district court wrongly concluded that one of the patents-in-suit wasn't infringed due to Bumper Boy's misconduct.
