New Post Empowers Contract Fraud's Biggest Senate Foe

Claire McCaskill, who devoted much of her energy during her first Senate term to rooting out contract fraud, has taken over a new Senate subcommittee on federal financial and contracting oversight, giving her a more powerful perch from which to continue her scrutiny of federal contracts.
