Rite Aid Pharmacists Seek To Revive OT Suit In 4th Circ.

Law360, New York (March 6, 2013, 8:33 PM EST) -- Rite Aid Corp. pharmacists on Tuesday urged the Fourth Circuit to revive a suit claiming they should be paid overtime wages, arguing that a district court judge improperly found the company's unpaid-leave policy does not clash with their status as salaried employees.
