US Airways Pilots Sue To Stop Challenge To $11B AMR Merger

Law360, New York (March 6, 2013, 4:58 PM EST) -- The US Airline Pilots Association filed an adversary complaint against a group representing the former pilots of America West Airlines Inc. in the AMR Corp. bankruptcy case in New York federal court Wednesday, seeking to preemptively scuttle a challenge to AMR's $11 billion merger with US Airways Group Inc.
