Ecuadoreans Want Judge Kaplan Off Of $19B Chevron Dispute

Law360, New York (March 6, 2013, 9:55 PM EST) -- Ecuadorean plaintiffs seeking to enforce a $19.2 billion pollution judgment against Chevron Corp. petitioned the Second Circuit on Tuesday, seeking to remove New York district Judge Lewis Kaplan from the case and accusing the court of systematically evading the appellate court’s prior ruling.
