Insurance No Bar To Greenberg Fee Award In Malpractice Suit

Law360, New York (March 6, 2013, 6:48 PM EST) -- The Eleventh Circuit on Wednesday upheld a fee award for Greenberg Traurig LLP after it defended a $35 million malpractice suit over its alleged interference in a Gowen Oil Co. Inc. deal, ruling the firm's malpractice insurance didn’t block the fee award.
