Ex-Deutsche Bank Worker Says Whistleblowing Led To Firing

Law360, Los Angeles (March 6, 2013, 8:09 PM EST) -- A former Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. director launched a suit in New York federal court Wednesday claiming he was fired for notifying the bank's management that its operation systems and client charges were potentially fraudulent and violated securities laws.

Gary DeDilectis, who served as Deutsche Bank's director of equity operations and asset servicing, claimed the bank fired him for reporting operations system issues, overcharges to clients and other fraudulent conduct, violating the Sarbanes-Oxley Act in the process.
