Rosneft Scores Stake In Exxon's Gulf Of Mexico Ops

Law360, New York (March 7, 2013, 5:08 PM EST) -- A unit of Rosneft OAO bought a 30 percent stake in Exxon Mobil Corp.'s undeveloped Gulf of Mexico assets, building on an agreement the companies inked two years ago to share expertise as they crack into new resource stores, the pair said Wednesday.
