Law360, New York (March 7, 2013, 7:22 PM EST) -- A Florida federal judge on Thursday partially granted BBVA Compass Bancshares Inc.'s request to compel arbitration in a putative class action accusing the company of sending unsolicited text messages promoting a mobile banking application, ruling the named plaintiff's user agreement prevents him from pursuing his claims in court.
