Ex-DLA Piper Lawyer Asks Court To Preserve Docs

Law360, New York (December 12, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- The former DLA Piper LLP lawyer whose discrimination and retaliation lawsuit was recently tossed has asked the district court to preserve all the documents related to her case, claiming that they were not all entered on the docket.

“Instead, the court selectively endorsed correspondence from counsel,” Charlene Morisseau charged in her motion, lodged on Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
