Pilots Union Row Threatens American-US Airways Merger

Law360, New York (March 7, 2013, 6:12 PM EST) -- Several former America West Airlines Inc. pilots filed a class action contract suit against the U.S. Airline Pilots Association and US Airways Group Inc. in Arizona federal court Thursday in a long-running seniority dispute, litigation that could put US Airways' merger with AMR Corp. in jeopardy.
