Holdings Inc., it should come as no surprise that Judge James Peck of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York would have to issue a ruling in connection with a dispute over professional fees. In fact, considering that the professional fees incurred during the Lehman cases exceeded $1.8 billion, one would have expected that the court would have needed to issue several opinions in connection with its oversight of Lehman’s restructuring....
