9th Circ. Asked To Revive 'Litigation Espionage' Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (March 7, 2013, 9:26 PM EST) -- In a case of alleged “litigation espionage,” a California attorney told the Ninth Circuit on Thursday that two other lawyers violated his privacy and “stole” his copyrighted work product by forwarding a one-sentence email he had posted on an online discussion group to the subject of the email.
