Warner Chilcott Misbranded Drugs, FCA Kickback Suit Says

Law360, New York (March 8, 2013, 2:19 PM EST) -- Warner Chilcott PLC misbranded a number of its drugs, violated patient privacy and paid kickbacks to doctors to induce prescriptions, resulting in the overbilling of Medicare and Medicaid, according to a False Claims Act suit brought by two former employees unsealed Thursday.
