Judge Sides With Kaplan Over EEOC Rule Break In Bias Suit

Law360, New York (March 8, 2013, 1:44 PM EST) -- An Ohio federal judge on Friday sent the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission back to work on its bid to revive a race bias suit against Kaplan Inc., siding with the for-profit education firm's procedural argument that the agency had exceeded page limits in its motion for reconsideration.
