Merck's Fosamax Caused Femur Fractures, Jury Hears

Law360, New York (March 12, 2013, 6:53 PM EDT) -- An attorney for a woman who took Merck & Co.’s bone drug Fosamax told a New Jersey jury Tuesday that the drug is to blame for her client’s broken femurs, as opening arguments began in the first case to reach trial in a wave of Fosamax suits related specifically to femur fractures.
