FTC Pushes Increased Mobile Payment Security Measures

Law360, New York (March 8, 2013, 6:00 PM EST) -- The U.S. Federal Trade Commission on Friday issued a series of recommendations aiming to bolster privacy protections in the growing mobile payments marketplace, urging companies to incorporate privacy protections at the design level and adopt industrywide security best practices.
