Voice Of America Broadcaster Loses Appeal In Bias Suit

Circuit ruled on Friday against a Voice of America broadcaster who claimed she wasn't promoted after complaining about allegedly offensive emails and other workplace conduct, finding she did not experience a hostile work environment and was not a victim of retaliation.
