NLRB Atty Slams 24 Hour Fitness' Noel Canning Delay Tactics

Law360, New York (March 8, 2013, 10:04 PM EST) -- The National Labor Relations Board's lawyer on Thursday pushed back at 24 Hour Fitness USA Inc.’s claim that because of Noel Canning, the NLRB doesn’t have authority to order any remedy over the chain’s arbitration policy barring workers from pursuing class actions, saying courts are split on the issue.
