Law360, New York (March 8, 2013, 6:03 PM EST) -- Adhesive product manufacturer W.M. Barr & Co. Inc. and a group of insurers on Friday settled The Travelers Indemnity Co.’s lawsuit alleging it was owed for the cost of defending Barr in various lawsuits claiming injury and death from benzene contained in its products.
Terms of the deal are confidential, said David W. Walulik of Frost Brown Todd LLC, who represented defendant Commercial Union Insurance Co.
