Pa. Lawmaker Aims To Revamp Allegheny Port Authority

Law360, New York (March 12, 2013, 7:16 PM EDT) -- Pennsylvania state Sen. Joe Scarnati said Friday that he will soon introduce legislation to restructure the Port Authority of Allegheny County by stripping the county executive of having the sole authority to appoint all nine members of the board.
