Firm Can't Revive Ethics Harassment Suit: NJ Appeals Court

Law360, New York (March 11, 2013, 7:16 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey appellate court on Monday refused to revive Roper & Twardowsky LLC's suit claiming Rivkin Radler LLP has used ethical grievances to harass the firm in a malpractice dispute involving workers accusing a Rivkin client, Leeds Morelli & Brown PC, of sacrificing their employment claims for multimillion dollar commercial bribes.
