Altria Urges 2nd Circ. To Rethink NYC Flavored Tobacco Limits

Law360, New York (March 11, 2013, 4:46 PM EDT) -- An Altria Group Inc. unit on Friday asked the Second Circuit to reconsider its challenge to a New York City law effectively prohibiting the sale of flavored smokeless tobacco, arguing that the ordinance is federally preempted and should be struck down.
