Cuomo Wants Wage Hike On Table In NY Budget Talks

Andrew Cuomo said Monday he would still like to pass a minimum wage hike as part of New York's budget negotiations, despite the recent passage by State Assembly Democrats of a variant bill that would bump the hourly rate a quarter higher than Cuomo's proposed $8.75.
