Fracking Moratoriums Likely DOA In NY Senate, Cuomo Says

Law360, New York (March 11, 2013, 4:13 PM EDT) -- A legislative push to block permits for high-volume hydraulic fracturing gas wells until mid-2015 is going nowhere fast, New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo said Monday, predicting bills that would extend state's current, de facto moratorium would die in the state Senate.
