Fla. Tribe Avoids Contempt In Suit Against Ex-Counsel

Law360, Miami (March 19, 2013, 7:22 PM EDT) -- The Miccosukee Tribe of Indians of Florida dodged a motion for contempt Tuesday in its malpractice suit against the Miami law firm Lewis Tein PL, as the judge granted a motion to strike from the defendants but declined further sanctions or attorneys' fees in this latest spat between the parties.
