SK Foods CEO Should Lose Price-Fixing Loot, Court Told

Law360, New York (March 11, 2013, 8:05 PM EDT) -- The U.S. government urged a California federal court Sunday to order a restitution hearing for SK Foods LP's former CEO who was convicted of price fixing, saying victims should be able to make their case for a piece of up to $52 million in potential funds.
