Senate Finance Committee Unveils Energy Tax Credits

Law360, New York (December 12, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- The U.S. Senate Finance Committee on Wednesday unveiled a bill that would change the tax incentives in place for encouraging the use of clean and renewable energy, extending tax credits for a wide variety of energy sources for several years.

The bill released on Wednesday, known as the Clean Renewable Energy and Conservation Tax Act of 2007, was a slightly modified version of the bill released on Dec. 5.
