Law360, New York (March 12, 2013, 3:18 PM EDT) -- A Missouri federal judge on Monday granted early-stage certification to a class of Wells Fargo Advisors LLC employees who claim the brokerage failed to pay them overtime, allowing the plaintiffs to begin notifying potential class members.

Lindsay — who claims Wells Fargo forced her to under-report hours in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act — had presented enough evidence to meet the fairly lenient requirements for conditional certification under the FLSA....
