Senate Panel To Probe Oil Spill Threats

Law360, New York (December 12, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- With several lawmakers up in arms over the safety of cargo ships, a U.S. Senate subcommittee is slated to hold a hearing on oil spills from non-tank vessels in the wake of a massive oil slick caused by a container ship that crashed into San Francisco's Bay Bridge last month.
