H&R Block Loses Bid To Pull TurboTax Commercials

Law360, New York (March 12, 2013, 8:28 PM EDT) -- A Missouri federal judge refused Monday to grant H&R Block Inc. an injunction that would have yanked off the air two television commercials for TurboTax software that allegedly insinuate H&R Block hires inexperienced, unqualified tax preparers, saying the ads were not found to be false or misleading.
