Court To Hear Worker Suit That Names It As Defendant

Law360 (December 12, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- After a federal court dismissed its case, a group of employees at the San Diego County Superior Court intends to file a wage-and-hour collective action in the very state court named as a defendant in the suit.

The San Diego County Court Employees Association said Wednesday it is moving forward with a suit in San Diego's superior court alleging the superior court failed to pay four court employees overtime and compensatory time off in violation of their employment contracts.
