Debtor Fights For Class Status In Wage-Garnishing Suit

Law360, Miami (March 12, 2013, 6:36 PM EDT) -- The named plaintiff in a putative class action accusing New York-based debt collector Erin Capital Management LLC of improperly garnishing wages fought Tuesday to get the class certified over objections to his adequacy as a class representative.
