Hynix, Micron Assail Rambus' Appeal In $4B Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (March 13, 2013, 8:31 PM EDT) -- Hynix Semiconductor Inc. and Micron Technology Inc. told a California appeals court Friday that there was no reason that the jury that rejected Rambus Inc.'s $3.9 billion antitrust case would have acted differently had it had access to plea agreements signed by two other tech giants.

Hynix and Micron hit back at Rambus' bid to revive the suit accusing the pair of conspiring to keep Rambus' computer memory chip technology from becoming the industry standard.
