Oil Co. Asks Texas High Court To Save $12M Contract Award

Law360, Houston (March 12, 2013, 4:09 PM EDT) -- Carrizo Oil & Gas Inc. on Friday told the Texas Supreme Court that it validly hammered out by email an agreement to develop oil and gas wells with an investment fund, saying a lower court should not have tossed a $12 million verdict it won at trial.
