Perez-Led DOL May Be Even Tougher On Employers

Law360, New York (March 15, 2013, 7:30 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Labor might be even more aggressive in enforcing the law than it was under Hilda Solis if Thomas Perez — nominated by President Barack Obama Monday to take the agency's reins — pushes to finalize long-pending regulatory measures like the controversial "Right To Know" and "Persuader" rules, lawyers say.
