Aerotek Broke Wage Confidentiality Laws, NLRB Judge Rules

Law360, Los Angeles (March 12, 2013, 10:13 PM EDT) -- Staffing company Aerotek Inc. violated federal labor laws when two recruiters at its Nebraska facility told several employees that they were not allowed to discuss their wages as a condition of their employment, a National Labor Relations Board administrative law judge ruled Monday.
