Medtronic Fights $10M Catheter IP Verdict In Fed. Circ.

Law360, New York (March 12, 2013, 6:58 PM EDT) -- Medical device maker Medtronic Inc. asked the Federal Circuit on Monday for a new trial or the reversal of a $10 million verdict by an Oklahoma federal jury last year finding that it induced the infringement of a patent relating to a specific use of catheters in angioplasty.
