Carolina Casualty Can't Dodge FCA Coverage

Law360, New York (March 12, 2013, 6:48 PM EDT) -- A Washington federal judge refused Monday to let Carolina Casualty Insurance Co. off the hook for defense of False Claims Act allegations brought against a biopharmaceutical company, saying the claims are sufficiently related to an employment discrimination accusation brought within the policy period.
