NY Senate Votes To Expand Green Energy Home Loans

Law360, New York (March 12, 2013, 6:55 PM EDT) -- The New York State Senate voted unanimously Tuesday to make solar, wind, fuel cell and farm biogas installations eligible for cheap loans to customers seeking to make their homes more efficient, while boosting state employment, under the previously enacted Green Jobs Green New York program.
