3rd Judge In Philly Traffic Court Scandal Pleads Guilty

Law360, Philadelphia (March 13, 2013, 1:07 PM EDT) -- Fortunato Perri Sr., the final judge implicated in the Philadelphia Traffic Court ticket fixing scandal to enter a plea, admitted guilt Wednesday in federal court to four counts of conspiracy, wire fraud and mail fraud.

Perri joins judges H. Warren Hogeland and Kenneth Miller in their guilty pleas stemming from a lengthy federal investigation into the court. Six other judges entered pleas of not guilty shortly after U.S. Attorney Zane David Memeger and FBI Acting Special Agent-in-Charge John Brosnan announced the charges in late January....
