Ex-Manager Accuses FirstEnergy, NJ Unit Of Disability Bias

Law360, New York (March 13, 2013, 4:54 PM EDT) -- A former operations manager with FirstEnergy Corp. subsidiary Jersey Central Power & Light launched a whistleblower suit in New Jersey state court Monday, alleging he was fired for raising concerns about shady infrastructure maintenance practices and for having a disability.
