IMS Health Inks $100M Deal For Marketing Software Firm

Law360, New York (March 13, 2013, 1:58 PM EDT) -- IMS Health Inc., a supplier of information technology to the health care and life science industries, will reportedly put up more than $100 million to beef up its offerings through the acquisition of venture-backed marketing software firm Appature Inc., it said late Tuesday.
